1. Introduction Welcome to Acharya Classes, a platform designed to provide quality education through one-to-one online classes and group study sessions for premium holders. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Acharya Classes. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Acharya Classes' website and application.
• "User" refers to students, teachers, and anyone accessing or using the platform.
• "Premium Holder" refers to students subscribed to the premium group study feature.
• "Services" refers to the educational services, including live classes, recorded sessions, and group study provisions.

3. User Registration 3.1 To access Acharya Classes' services, users must register an account by providing accurate and current information. 3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 3.3 Acharya Classes reserves the right to verify user information and reject registration if found incomplete or invalid.

4. Services Provided 4.1 One-to-One Classes: Individual personalized sessions between students and teachers. 4.2 Group Study for Premium Holders: Group sessions allowing a maximum of 5 students per batch. 4.3 Fee Management: Teachers set their fees, which must include Acharya Classes' 30% commission. 4.4 Acharya Classes does not guarantee success or outcomes in academic results.

5. Payment Terms 5.1 Teachers are required to set their fees, factoring in a 30% commission for Acharya Classes. 5.2 Payments made by students are processed securely through Acharya Classes' payment gateway. 5.3 Teachers will receive their payments after deduction of Acharya Classes' commission and applicable taxes. 5.4 Refunds are subject to Acharya Classes' discretion and depend on valid claims (e.g., service not delivered).

6. User Conduct 6.1 Users agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. 6.2 Prohibited activities include:

• Misrepresentation of identity.
• Sharing abusive, inappropriate, or offensive content.
• Recording or distributing class content without permission.
• Violation of any laws or platform guidelines. 6.3 Acharya Classes reserves the right to terminate accounts that breach conduct rules without prior notice.

7. Teacher Responsibilities 7.1 Teachers must provide accurate credentials and teaching profiles. 7.2 Teachers are responsible for maintaining punctuality and delivering quality content during sessions. 7.3 Teachers must update their fees on the platform to reflect Acharya Classes' commission policy.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 Acharya Classes acts solely as a mediator between students and teachers. We are not liable for:

• The content delivered by teachers.
• Any technical or internet disruptions.
• Personal disputes between users. 8.2 In no event shall Acharya Classes be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property Rights 9.1 All content provided on Acharya Classes, including text, graphics, videos, and software, remains the intellectual property of Acharya Classes. 9.2 Teachers retain ownership of the content they create but grant Acharya Classes the right to display or promote it. 9.3 Users are prohibited from copying, sharing, or reselling content without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy 10.1 Users' personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10.2 By using the platform, users consent to the collection and use of their data for service purposes.

11. Termination 11.1 Acharya Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if found violating these Terms. 11.2 Users may terminate their accounts by contacting customer support.

12. Amendments Acharya Classes reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
