At Acharya Classes, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for both students and teachers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and related conditions.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Student-Initiated Cancellations

• Students can cancel a booked session or batch up to 24 hours before the session start time.
• No cancellations will be allowed within 24 hours of the session start time.

1.2 Teacher-Initiated Cancellations

• If a teacher cancels a scheduled session, students will be notified, and the session can be rescheduled or refundedbased on the student’s preference.

1.3 Group Study Sessions (Premium Holders)

• Group session fees are non-refundable once the batch is confirmed and initiated.
• If a student chooses to drop out mid-batch, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• A session is canceled by the teacher, and the student opts for a refund instead of rescheduling.
• Technical issues on the platform’s end prevent the session from taking place.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time.
• Students who drop out after attending group study sessions or mid-course.

2.3 Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Session Rescheduling

3.1 Individual Sessions

• Students can reschedule a session at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2 Teacher Unavailability

• If a teacher is unavailable for a confirmed session, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
